Description
This coffee came out from the efforts of new project by PT. Volkopi Indonesia. The beans were sourced from northen parts of Sumatra, around 1500 hectares of beautiful coffee trees in Atu Lintang. Very high altitude coffee, around 1700 meter above sea level. Totally new processing method was applied, where parchment was sundried completely to 12 percent of moisture content and only then hulled. Its a beautiful selection of limited edition of sumatra like you never had before.
