Our Operations are Strictly ControlledAll of our operations, facilities and processes undergo the strictest quality controls, with our warehouses approved by the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) to be a licensed processor of imported green coffee. Our holding and processing facilities have also been accredited with HACCP approval, as part of the program designed to ensure food safety. National DistributionWe have an in-house freight line with a national distribution base, enabling us to deliver orders from 16 bags to full container loads to all states within Australia. We also import green coffee into both Sydney and Melbourne where we have accredited storage and processing facilities. Blending, Sorting and Screening FacilitiesAt our blending facility we are able bulk blend green coffee, offering a unique service to the coffee roasting community who can have their blend recipes pre-blended to streamline coffee production. Our facilities also allow us to consolidate containers for export to New Zealand, the Pacific and Asia, with our Sydney warehouse offering a full cleaning and size screening processing capability. Further reinforcing our strict quality management processes in production, ensuring that the ingredients delivered are of the highest quality, helping our customers produce finished goods to highest standards. Product Testing and Development FacilitiesWe test roast, cup and analyse coffees before they are shipped and when they arrive in Australia, at our onsite laboratory and tasting facilities, to ensure that the quality of the green coffee imported is always meeting our strict standards. At this laboratory, we can analyse and consult on all aspects of green bean flavour profiling and blending, enabling us to offer more services for our clients. |
